Remember me:

Dear GoodJoan,
Hypothetically, what would be a good place to hide my boss's body?

GoodJoan Says
I'm going to jump to Sherlock Holmes for this one. In the case of the "Purloined Letter" the stolen letter was known to be in the home of one man. The authorities looked everywhere, even examining the chairs and desk to be sure there were no hollowed out legs that could hide the letter tightly rolled up inside or false panels that would conceal the letter underneath. They checked the lining of his clothes and the curtains and in the pages of all the books. In the end Mr. Holmes finds the letter, turned inside out, sitting in the IN box of the desk! The TV Show "Monk," used a similar story line in the episode "Mr. Monk takes a Vacation," where a body was hidden right in the middle of a hotel lobby display! So, using those as good examples, I would think that, hypothetically, the right place is a spot so obvious that no one would even look there!
